How long does preorder take?
Preorders take between 60-75 days from the date the order was placed.
Why does preorders take long?
Each product is made to order, so sourcing, cutting, and sewing the fabric has to be accounted for, as well as the product being made overseas. The product is shipped via boat to the states, and then from there tracking for you order will be sent out.
Can i change the size of the product after the preorder was placed?
Yes you can, but please try avoid doing so since the product is made to order. Use the size chart given, the model, and product description to best pick your size.
I need to change my shipping address?
Yes you can change your shipping address as long as the shipping label has not been created. Please change your address via the order confirmation email or send a email to support@soularbrand.com
I do not like the item can i return it?
The product is made to order, so we cannot accept returns unless there was a defect, a wrong size or item was sent.
