Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations (Preorders)
Due to the made-to-order nature of preorder items, all sales are final to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Refunds, returns, exchanges, and order cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed.

Refunds or replacements will be considered only if the item arrives damaged or if the customer receives an incorrect size that differs from the size ordered.

Claims must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence for review.

If approved, the resolution will be issued in the form of a replacement or refund, at our sole discretion.
This policy is intended to comply with Shopify’s Merchant Guidelines and applicable consumer protection laws.
