Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations (Preorders)

Due to the made-to-order nature of preorder items, all sales are final to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • Refunds, returns, exchanges, and order cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed.

  • Refunds or replacements will be considered only if the item arrives damaged or if the customer receives an incorrect size that differs from the size ordered.

  • Claims must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence for review.

  • If approved, the resolution will be issued in the form of a replacement or refund, at our sole discretion.

This policy is intended to comply with Shopify’s Merchant Guidelines and applicable consumer protection laws.
