Shipping & Preorder Fulfillment Policy

This Shipping & Preorder Fulfillment Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed through our Shopify storefront and governs the purchase, production, and shipment of preorder products.

Preorder Disclosure

Certain products offered on our website are sold on a preorder basis and are not held in inventory at the time of purchase. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the product will be manufactured and fulfilled after your order is placed.

Estimated Fulfillment Timeline

The majority of preorder products require an estimated seven (7) to thirteen (13) weeks to complete production and fulfillment. This timeframe is an estimate only and is provided in accordance with Shopify’s requirement for transparent delivery expectations. Fulfillment timelines may vary due to factors including, but not limited to, production capacity, material availability, quality control, shipping carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Updates

We will provide periodic email updates throughout the preorder process to communicate production progress and estimated shipping windows. These updates are informational and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping of Orders

Once a preorder item has completed production, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

If an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once all items are ready, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
